development of the bio-diesel production facility, Power station, storage facilities, industrial methanol factory facility, or even LNG and LPG facilities in the area. The land has an area of  26,317 m2 with a register road on it.

The location of the site is very strategic, as it is very close to the small sea port at Vassiliko. After construction, the plant will be just 500m away from the seaport. This seaport is presently servicing the needs of the Vassiliko Cement Factory. The closer area consists of to the west is the ‘Evangelos Florakis’ Naval Base, the EAC Vasilikos Power Station and to the north the A1 Nicosia-Limassol motorway and the village of Mari.

Property is a parcel of land, of almost rectangular-shape and with a slight sloping surface from north to south and from east to west. The property is situated next to the Vasillikos Cement Works Factory and to the Vasilikos port. Along its entire northern boundary passes the main road that passes through the industrial area. It has only a strip of land before the sea on the south.
